The race for the 3rd Congressional District seat has generated national interest in the wake of the defeat of the incumbent, one of 10 Republicans who voted to impeach President Trump. Candidates are Republican Joe Kent, who asserts the 2020 election was stolen, and Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, who describes herself as a pro-choice moderate.
