“PHD 101,” an LWLV webinar posted for convenience on YouTube introduces League members and the public to the Public Hospital Districts of Washington and how they might address identified gaps in local healthcare | “Engaging with Your Local Public Hospital District” is a live presentation by LWV members, giving ways to get to know your existing local PHD and showing examples of how League members and the public can work with a PHD to address local health care needs. |
